Founded to Bridge Two Worlds
Water Wood Management Limited was founded in September 2024 and is registered with Companies House (No. 15929529). Headquartered in Greater Manchester, we provide professional bilingual property management services for landlords across the UK.
Our team combines native English and Mandarin speakers with deep knowledge of UK property law and Chinese investor needs. We understand both the regulatory landscape of the UK lettings market and the practical concerns of overseas property owners.
Our mission is straightforward: deliver reliable, transparent, and fully compliant property management that landlords can trust — regardless of which language they speak.

All client money is held in a separate, protected account. In the unlikely event of insolvency, your funds are ring-fenced and recoverable.

An independent dispute resolution service. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, the PRS provides a free, impartial escalation path.

Covers financial losses arising from professional negligence or errors. Your interests are protected even if we make a mistake.
